Bots & People delivers enterprise AI upskilling programmes for large organisations across Europe. Fully remote work within Germany, with occasional travel for client delivery and team meetings. We seek a senior learning designer and facilitator fluent in German and English to architect and deliver learning journeys for enterprise clients.

You will lead scoping, design blended programmes, and mentor trainers while staying hands-on with generative AI tools and the Microsoft ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Several years of instructional design or L&D experience owning programme architecture end to end.
• Proven experience facilitating live training for enterprise audiences, including senior/technical participants.
• Practitioner-level expertise with generative AI tools, able to teach and troubleshoot.
• Ability to make complex technical material accessible to non-technical audiences.
• Experience with large enterprise clients and their stakeholder environments.
• German at completely fluent level (C2) to design and facilitate for German clients.
• English at C1 or above; company language is English for all interviews and documents.
• Based in Germany; knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Deliver live training, workshops, hackathons and coaching sessions for enterprise audiences in German and English.
• Facilitate signature formats and adapt them live to the room.
• Handle AI tooling questions at a technical level during sessions.
• Run dry-runs and debriefs; feed learnings back into design.
• Design blended learning programmes and multi-month journeys for enterprise clients.
• Decide pedagogical approach, format and instructional method per engagement.
• Develop course content, exercises, facilitator guides and learner materials.
• Lead scoping and diagnostic conversations with L&D leads and senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to proposals, scoping and feasibility; support pre-sales conversations.
• Maintain current hands-on expertise across generative AI, with depth in Microsoft Copilot, M365 and Power Platform.
• Act as a reference point for freelance trainers, including onboarding and reviewing sessions.
