Job summary

Bots and People Product GmbH is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager/Learning Consultant to lead enterprise customer partnerships, manage learning program design, and oversee operations and delivery. You will collaborate with Sales, design, and senior learning consultants to create impactful AI, data, and personal productivity training programs.

You will report to the Head of Learning & Operations and play a pivotal role in shaping program architecture, client outcomes, and measurable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management (enterprise/L&D).
• Fluent German (C2).
• Experience with enterprise client communication and ability to listen, persuade, and support.
• Startup experience with 10–50 employees; ownership mindset.
• Ability to translate business goals into learning interventions.
• Documentation mindset for remote-first collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise clients to drive customer success and strategic alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery, timelines, resources, trainers, and delivery across stakeholders.
• Lead architecture of blended learning programs and translate client goals into pedagogical concepts.

Job description

We are seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager/Learning Consultant to lead and manage three critical aspects of our learning programs about AI, Data and Personal Productivity.

1. Customer Partnership & Success

2. Operations & Project Management

3. Learning Consulting & Program Design

You will report to the Head of Learning & Operations, and collaborate closely with Sales, design and a team of experienced Senior Learning Consultants.

Tasks

Customer partnership & success

• Act as a strategic partner to enterprise clients.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with them, understanding their unique training needs and challenges together in collaboration with Sales

• Run customer onboarding, Impact Reviews and strategic alignment sessions with customers.

• Identify learning needs and convert them into program strategies.

• Manage expectations, feedback loops, and success metrics.

• Maanage risks and spot upsell potentials

Operations & project management

• Coordinate timelines, resources, trainers, and delivery across all stakeholders.

• Ensure programs run smoothly, on time, and within scope.

• Track risks, milestones, and operational metrics.

• Oversee trainer allocation, onboarding, and performance follow-up.

Learning consulting & program design

• Lead the architecture of blended learning programs.

• Translate client goals into clear pedagogical concepts.

• Collaborate with trainers to ensure consistent instructional quality.

• Iterate programs based on learner data and evidence.

Your impact:

• Influence the design quality of enterprise programs measured by NPS

• Ensure learning programs deliver measurable outcome for enterprise customers like hours back to the business or confidence in AI Adoption.

• Shape and collaborate with the team on how our methodology evolves with customers

Requirements

Necessary:

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, preferrably catering to L&D Departments of large enterprises.

• Full professional competency in German (C2)

• Familiarity with enterprise client communication and proven ability to listen, persuade, and support

• "Who if not you". You have Experience in a Startup with between 10-50 employees. You are motivated to take ownership and shape this company together.

• Ability to translate business goals into learning interventions

• Documentation mindset: as a remote-first company, we document all processes to ensure seemless handovers and sync amongst team members.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in designing learning programs, especially blended learning concepts

• Excellent training or workshop facilitation skills.

• Strong understanding of AI and automation technologies

• Knowledge about "Winning by Design"

• Data-driven mindset and ability to read and build reports.
