Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage is seeking a Senior Technical Content Developer, AI, to transform AI expertise into practical learning experiences. You will partner with subject matter experts to build course modules, hands-on labs, projects, and assessments that demonstrate real AI skills.

You’ll ensure technical accuracy and instructional quality, using AI tools to accelerate drafting and QA while maintaining learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of ML experience including model development with PyTorch or scikit-learn.
• 4+ years of hands-on Python programming (testing, debugging, deployment).
• 4+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, or teaching technical content to adults.
• 2+ years building applications on large language models (retrieval, prompting, tool calls).
• 1+ year building agent systems (LangGraph or similar).
• 1+ year evaluating LLM/agent systems (eval sets, scoring).
• 1+ year with AI coding assistants or agents (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot).
• 2+ years of cloud AI and data services (AWS/Azure/Google).
• 2+ years with AI tooling for drafting, QA, and content creation.
• 2+ years of Git/version-control experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical learning experiences (courses, labs, projects, quizzes) for AI and ML topics.
• Author and test hands‑on labs, notebooks, and projects with correct environment configuration.
• Build labs and projects on current AI practice, including ML fundamentals, retrieval, and agent systems.
• Create assessments and quizzes aligned with LearnVantage standards.
• Validate content accuracy with SMEs to keep pace with evolving models and tooling.
• Retire and rebuild content as the field changes and models update.
• Coach new authors and provide pedagogical feedback from a learner’s perspective.
• Use AI tooling to accelerate drafting, iteration, and QA while maintaining quality.
• In a curriculum pod, report to a Technical Curriculum Lead; remote US role.
