Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage seeks a Senior Technical Content Developer, AI, to transform design requirements and learning objectives into robust AI education assets. You will partner with SMEs to create modules, hands‑on labs, projects, and assessments that demonstrate real‑world AI skills.

You’ll own content accuracy and instructional quality, using AI tooling to accelerate drafting while maintaining high standards. Expect collaboration with authors and testers and ongoing content refinement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in machine learning and model development.
• 4+ years of Python programming, testing and debugging code.
• 4+ years in instructional design or teaching technical content to adults.
• 2+ years building applications on large language models.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI learning experiences (courses/modules/labs) per design requirements.
• Author and test hands‑on labs and projects end‑to‑end with reproducible setups.
• Build labs, projects on ML practice including retrieval and tool calling.
• Create assessments and quizzes aligned with LearnVantage standards.
• Ensure technical accuracy by partnering with SMEs and authors.
• Retire and rebuild content as models evolve and remain durable.
• Coach new authors and provide pedagogical feedback from learner view.
• Leverage AI tooling to speed drafting and QA without lowering quality.
• Incorporate tester and learner feedback to improve outcomes.
