Job summary

Accenture LearnVantage seeks a Technical Content Developer to craft cloud learning experiences, labs, projects, and assessments that drive real-world skill application at enterprise scale. You will ensure technical accuracy and instructional quality, collaborating with SMEs and authors while leveraging AI tools to accelerate drafting and QA.

You will join a curriculum pod and report to a Curriculum Lead, shaping learning that helps learners demonstrably apply cloud skills on the job.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of deep hands-on cloud expertise across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Minimum 2 years of instructional design grounded in adult learning science.
• Minimum 1 year authoring and testing hands-on labs and projects end-to-end.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with AI tooling for drafting, iteration, and QA.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical learning experiences (courses, modules, labs, projects, quizzes) for the cloud domain.
• Translate requirements into learning experiences that enable verifiable skill acquisition.
• Author and test hands-on labs and projects ensuring environment reproducibility.
• Build assessments and quizzes aligned with LearnVantage standards.
• Validate technical accuracy with SMEs and authors to keep pace with cloud changes.
• Incorporate tester feedback into content revisions.
• Work in a curriculum pod reporting to a Curriculum Lead.
