Job summary

KarmaCheck is seeking a Product Manager to own integrations and API product strategies, collaborating with Bullhorn, Symplr CTM, and Workday integrations. You will shape how AI agents reach customers inside their systems and drive the roadmap with engineering and product teams.

You will lead customer-facing discovery, scoping, and implementation for enterprise deals in healthcare staffing, ensuring a scalable developer experience with robust API design and documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management with integration/API focus.
• Experience owning partner or API integrations as ongoing products.
• Comfort presenting to customers and a clear product voice.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on APIs and data models.

Responsibilities

• Own integration go-to-market strategy and partner surfaces.
• Own Bullhorn, Symplr CTM, and Workday integrations and roadmaps.
• Lead customer-facing discovery, scoping, and implementation with enterprise buyers.
• Shape API design, versioning, error handling, and documentation quality.
• Enable Implementation and Support teams with tooling and playbooks.
