Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent.
- 2+ years in data analytics, business analytics, or AI/project work.
- Hands-on AI experience beyond chat tools.
- Experience with AI tooling, connectors, automation, APIs, or AI workflows.
- Strong SQL skills and data modeling understanding.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Understand current workflows and identify AI-enabled improvement opportunities.
- Document institutional knowledge and data structures for AI readiness.
- Design scalable, maintainable AI-enabled business processes.
- Evaluate AI tools and automation technologies for business use.
- Translate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
