Job summary

Wyetech, LLC is seeking a Software Engineer focused on AI integration to design, develop, and deploy an agentic platform for a Data Lake tool. You will work primarily with Python and Kubernetes to build scalable, secure frameworks that enable autonomous agents to interact with internal systems and external APIs.

The role requires strong backend experience, familiarity with AI safety guardrails, and the ability to collaborate across teams in a hybrid Columbia, MD setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in a related field required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience designing enterprise APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
• Strong Python backend development with container orchestration experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Python-based components for the agentic platform.
• Deploy, manage, and scale applications in Kubernetes environments.
• Build MCP servers and reusable AI skills for safe agent interaction.
