Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks an AI Insights & Enablement Lead to join the AI CoE, driving the adoption of AI across the enterprise.

You will translate business challenges into AI use cases, develop and deploy models, and scale capabilities into enterprise-ready products and processes. You will work with product, engineering, risk, and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes while upholding Responsible AI and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent work experience.
• Eight or more years of experience in data science, ML, AI, or advanced analytics.
• Master's or PhD in related fields preferred.
• Experience in regulated environments such as financial services or healthcare.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI solutions across the enterprise.
• Lead end-to-end data science lifecycle: exploration, feature engineering, model development, validation, deployment, monitoring.
• Build predictive models and AI applications using large datasets.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, risk, and business teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Establish governance, reliability, and compliance for AI solutions.
