Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks an experienced senior leader to define and drive enterprise AI strategy and transformation across the organization.

You will partner with the Head of AI Strategy to align AI initiatives with enterprise goals and governance requirements, shaping governance, risk, compliance, privacy, and security into the AI portfolio. You will lead large cross-functional programs, guide transformation initiatives, and engage with C-suite leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes and ROI.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of progressive executive-level experience in enterprise strategy and transformation.
• Master's degree or higher in a technical or business field; PhD preferred.
• Proven track record defining and operationalizing enterprise AI strategies including generative AI.
• Experience leading AI architecture and platform decisions at scale (cloud services, data platforms).
• Proven ability to partner with C-suite and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing vendor ecosystems, governance, and delivery accountability.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise AI strategy and translate it into scalable roadmaps and capabilities.
• Lead governance, risk, privacy, and security considerations for AI deployments.
• Prioritize high-impact AI use cases and measure business impact, ROI, and risk reduction.
• Guide cross-functional AI programs across business, technology, risk, and compliance.
• Lead vendor ecosystem partnerships and inform build-vs-buy decisions.
