Job summary

Prime Intellect, Inc. is at the forefront of open frontier AI infrastructure, building a full-stack platform for post-training at frontier scale.

We seek a seasoned Partnerships leader to own major technical alliances with NVIDIA, hyperscalers, and datacenter operators, driving joint GTM, enablement, and long-term strategy. You will own end-to-end partner programs, engage with executive stakeholders, and shape co-sell motions that accelerate pipeline and product alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical partnerships, alliances, or technical business development.
• Direct experience with NVIDIA, a hyperscaler, or GPU cloud provider.
• Strong grounding in AI infrastructure: GPUs, networking, distributed training & inference, CUDA & PyTorch.
• Proven track record of co-selling and leading joint customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own 3–5 tier-1 technical partnerships as the single accountable lead.
• Build relationships across partner organizations at multiple levels.
• Run quarterly business reviews and set joint annual plans with clear goals and metrics.
• Navigate partner programs to unlock credits, benefits and visibility.
• Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, MOUs, and joint commitments.
• Lead and join joint customer calls, map workloads to joint solutions, scope proofs of concept.
• Coordinate escalations and build a pipeline of partner-sourced opportunities.
• Drive joint technical work: integrations, benchmarks, configurations, certifications, optimizations.
• Get early access to partner roadmaps and translate into product opportunities.
• Deliver partner enablement content and trainings for sales and engineers.
• Plan co-marketing, events, and co-sell motions with partners.
• Own partnership metrics and report revenue impact and milestones.
