Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Principal Solution Specialist for Core Services to drive new AI infrastructure opportunities. You will articulate GPU cluster topology, RDMA networking, and Kubernetes scheduling needs with enterprise buyers, shaping our compute and networking roadmap.

You will translate field insight into repeatable plays and work with sales to close large-scale GPU reservations, ensuring platform reliability and performance across deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in HPC or data center infra with revenue impact.
• 5+ years with large-scale GPU clusters and RDMA networking.
• Deep knowledge of InfiniBand, RoCE, NVLink and topology effects on training.
• Experience deploying Kubernetes clusters for GPU workloads.
• Understanding of compute instances, memory bandwidth, and power considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial and technical strategy for new AI infra customer wins.
• Translate customer requirements into product feedback shaping roadmap.
• Develop deal structures and benchmarks for sales teams.
• Engage enterprise buyers as the voice on GPU topology and networking.
• Design commercial framework for large GPU reservations and MFU modeling.
