Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Principal Solution Specialist for Core Services to drive first wins in AI infrastructure with core GPU compute, networking, and platform reliability. You will translate field insight into roadmap input and craft repeatable sales playbooks across compute and networking domains.

You operate at the frontline of go-to-market, shaping deals and engaging enterprise customers while collaborating with engineering to align on topology, scheduling, and MFU strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in HPC, data center infrastructure, or GPU cluster engineering with revenue impact.
• 5+ years working with large-scale GPU clusters and RDMA networking.
• Deep knowledge of high-speed network fabrics and their impact on training at scale.
• Experience deploying and tuning large Kubernetes clusters for GPU workloads.
• Understanding of compute instance types, CPU-GPU bandwidth, and storage tiers.
• Familiarity with distributed training frameworks and cluster decisions on throughput and MFU.
• Understanding data center interconnects for multi-region deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial and technical strategy for net new customer wins in core AI infrastructure.
• Drive new business opportunities where compute bottlenecks or bare-metal performance are barriers to scale.
• Translate customer requirements into product feedback shaping roadmaps.
• Develop deal structures, technical playbooks, and benchmark narratives for sales and SA teams.
• Engage with enterprise buyers as the voice on GPU cluster architecture and network design.
• Design commercial framework for large-scale GPU reservations, MFU modeling, and bandwidth commitments.
• Partner with capacity, infrastructure, and networking teams to maintain a competitive edge.
