Job summary

CoreWeave in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a seasoned enterprise sales/solutions leader for AI runtime infrastructure. You will own commercial and technical strategy for new customer wins, driving opportunities where latency, throughput, and isolation are bottlenecks, and translating requirements into roadmap input.

Candidates bring 10+ years in distributed systems/ML infra, deep GPU and Kubernetes experience, and a track record shaping large-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in distributed systems, ML infra, or production AI engineering.
• 5+ years with AI runtime systems in a customer-facing or deal-shaping capacity.
• Deep knowledge of runtime execution, batching, GPU memory management for throughput/latency.
• Experience with sandboxed and isolated execution environments and multi-tenant scheduling.
• Understanding GPU memory hierarchies and model parallelism for enterprise workloads.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes-native runtime orchestration and GPU operators.
• Ability to benchmark, explain, and commercially position runtime performance across deployment patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own the commercial and technical strategy for net new customer wins in AI runtime infrastructure.
• Drive new business opportunities where latency, throughput bottlenecks, workload isolation, or complexity hamper scaling AI.
• Develop deep expertise across AI runtime landscape using CoreWeave's Inference and Sandboxes as flagship examples.
• Translate customer requirements into product feedback shaping the AI Runtime Services roadmap.
• Develop deal structures, technical playbooks, and benchmark narratives to accelerate opportunities.
• Engage with enterprise and research buyers as the voice on runtime performance tradeoffs and cost-per-token economics.
• Design the commercial framework for large-scale runtime deployment deals, including throughput modeling and SLA structures.
• Partner with product and infra teams to maintain a competitive edge on efficiency, isolation, and reliability.
