Vic.ai is seeking a Solutions Architect on the USA East Coast/Central for bridging customer needs with our AI-powered platform. You’ll translate complex AP processes into scalable Vic.ai solutions, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring value delivery across sales, product, engineering, and implementation.

You’ll lead discovery, design architectures, and balance customer requirements with to-be platform capabilities, staying fluent in AI-enabled finance workflows.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in accounts payable and finance operations.
• Experience in solutions architecture or customer-facing technical roles.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent discovery skills to uncover root problems and outline clear approaches.

Responsabilités

• Understand business objectives and current processes, identify pain points, and define outcomes.
• Lead discovery sessions and translate requirements into solution designs.
• Design architectures and workflows leveraging Vic.ai capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to assess feasibility and gaps.
• Work with Implementation to ensure successful delivery and value realization.
• Communicate tradeoffs and guide customers toward scalable, practical solutions.
