Job summary

Vic.ai is seeking a Solutions Architect on the USA East Coast/Central for bridging customer needs with our AI-powered platform. You’ll translate complex AP processes into scalable Vic.ai solutions, guiding cross-functional teams and ensuring value delivery across sales, product, engineering, and implementation.

You’ll lead discovery, design architectures, and balance customer requirements with to-be platform capabilities, staying fluent in AI-enabled finance workflows.

Qualifications

Significant experience in accounts payable and finance operations.
Experience in solutions architecture or customer-facing technical roles.
Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent discovery skills to uncover root problems and outline clear approaches.

Responsibilities

Understand business objectives and current processes, identify pain points, and define outcomes.
Lead discovery sessions and translate requirements into solution designs.
Design architectures and workflows leveraging Vic.ai capabilities.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to assess feasibility and gaps.
Work with Implementation to ensure successful delivery and value realization.
Communicate tradeoffs and guide customers toward scalable, practical solutions.
