Job summary

Acliviti Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Senior AI Implementation Engineer to build and deploy AI-powered CX solutions for enterprise clients. This hands-on role focuses on development, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment of conversational AI and automation.

You will translate business and technical requirements into production-ready solutions using Cognigy and related platforms, work with LLMs, APIs, and cloud technologies, and collaborate with project managers, architects,

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in software engineering, technical implementation, or professional services.
Hands-on experience implementing conversational AI, virtual agents, chatbots, or AI-powered applications.
Experience with conversational AI platforms and enterprise integrations.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and production deployment skills.
Excellent communication and client-facing collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and deploy conversational AI solutions across voice and digital channels.
Configure and integrate AI agents, flows, intents, entities, and business rules.
Integrate with CRM, ERP, and enterprise systems via REST APIs and webhooks.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients through implementation lifecycle.
Perform testing, UAT support, go-live, and post-production optimization.
