JOB SUMMARY

As a Senior AI Agent Architect, you will be instrumental in transforming customer service through the deployment of AI agents. You will manage the end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, focusing on enhancing customer experiences. Leveraging expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Understanding (NLU), and conversational design, you will meticulously craft effective AI workflows, ensuring high quality, optimal performance, and seamless operation. A key aspect of this role involves guiding clients and partners to maximize the value of AI solutions and foster innovation in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide customers and partners through AI Agent implementation phases, offering strategic advice and scoping implementation plans.
• Analyze customer requirements and tailor precise prompts to guide AI agents in delivering behavior aligned with user needs and intended conversational and functional experiences.
• Simplify complex workflows and company processes into digestible components for effective LLM handling.
• Identify and resolve blockers in collaboration with internal departments and customers.
• Ensure seamless system integration, including API calls, within AI agents to optimize interactions and data exchange.
• Document best practices, how-to guides, and product capabilities for internal and external audiences, representing team knowledge and expertise.
• Apply SSML to fine-tune TTS voice pronunciation, adhering to customer brand standards.
• Collaborate with developers and Solution Engineers to integrate customer systems with their AI Agents.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in conversation design and AI agent development, demonstrating an ability to create engaging and intuitive conversational experiences.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with a commitment to meeting milestones and effective communication.
