Qualifications

• 5–7 years in consumer insights, market research, strategy consulting, or client-facing roles within fast-paced startups.
• Strong AI/LLM product fluency with the ability to evaluate prompts and workflows, and identify weak outputs at scale.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience across cross-functional teams.
• Operational proficiency in managing multi-stage client engagements and dependencies using Jira.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pre-Sales Growth: partner with sales on enterprise pitches, field RFI/RFP responses, set up custom workspaces, and host office hours to drive strategic expansion opportunities.
• Scope Strategic Programs: translate ambiguous client problems into structured programs, recommend strategic use cases and long-horizon roadmaps, and guide junior team members.
• Direct Research Operations: manage qualitative research end-to-end at senior level, including respondent sourcing, data collection, and multi-market localization.
• Architect AI Builds: design and QA standard and custom AI builds—including agents, populations, workflows, and bespoke portals.
• Drive Project Execution: track deliverables and schedules in Jira, lead client workshops, maintain stakeholder relationships, and run lean project operations.
• Scale Product Innovations: enable reseller/agency partners to deliver independently and promote recurring high-value use cases.
