Job summary

Vurvey Labs, Inc. is seeking a Growth Operative in Cincinnati to own end-to-end AI product delivery, from pre-sales to final delivery and QA. You will partner with sales to translate client challenges into structured programs and lead global research to develop robust People Models.

You will fine-tune models, architect AI builds, and manage multi-stage client engagements across portals and workflows, ensuring high-quality outputs across deployments.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in consumer insights, market research, strategy consulting, or client-facing solutions role in fast-paced startup environments.
• Technical expertise in qualitative research frameworks, data collection methodologies, and respondent panel management.
• Strong AI/LLM product fluency with ability to evaluate prompt and workflow outputs, benchmark quality, and identify weak responses.

Responsibilities

• Drive Pre-Sales Growth: Partner with sales on enterprise pitches, field RFI/RFP responses, set up custom workspaces, and host office hours to surface expansion opportunities.
• Scope Strategic Programs: Translate ambiguous client problems into structured programs of work, recommending strategic use cases, delivery models, and long-horizon roadmaps.
• Lead Global Research: Manage global qualitative research and launch additional quantitative research where applicable to uncover what consumers want and develop robust People Models.
• Fine-Tune People Models: Anticipate customer needs and leverage consumer behavior insights to proactively fine-tune People Models and synthetic populations, ensuring high-fidelity, quality outputs.
• Deliver AI Builds: Architect and QA standard and custom AI builds—including agents, workflows, and bespoke portals—to maintain benchmark output quality across all deployments.
• Manage Project Execution: Track deliverables, schedules, and dependencies in Jira while leading client workshops and running lean project operations.
