Job summary

Megazone Cloud US is seeking an AI Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with client teams and drive production AI adoption. You will own outcomes end-to-end, from proof-of-concept to live deployments, building with LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows on AWS and Google Cloud.

You will design scalable architectures, secure processes, and measurable ROI, mentoring engineers and enabling rapid, safe AI delivery across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years engineering production software, with hands-on experience across cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated experience building with LLMs — prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic systems.
• Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools and adoption across an org.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one additional language (TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, Go).
• Proven client-facing communication skills with executives and engineers.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving DevSecOps, SRE, and FinOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customer teams to translate business problems into production AI architectures spanning models, data, application, and operations — owning the outcome end to end.
• Design, build, and deploy LLM-powered applications — including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and orchestration frameworks.
• Stand up the AWS and Google Cloud environments needed for AI services — IAM, networking, quotas, and security.
• Drive enterprise adoption of agentic developer tooling (Claude Code, Codex, Kiro) and secure rollout.
• Lead adoption and change management — create golden paths, templates, and enablement assets.
• Define and instrument success metrics — adoption, impact, ROI, and iterate post-launch.
