Qualifications

• Approximately 5–10 years of experience in product management, technical product management, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine-learning concepts, with ability to work with technical specialists.
• Experience delivering AI-powered products, automation, image-processing workflows, or similar technical systems.
• Ability to discuss technical architecture, APIs, data flows, model limitations, and deployment choices.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, comfortable with incomplete information.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritise, and manage AI-focused product initiatives from discovery through delivery.
• Understand AI modelling concepts and evaluate trade-offs between local, cloud, and hybrid processing.
• Help design and assess technical workflows involving image processing, automation, data handling, and AI-powered features.
• Test experimental solutions, prototypes, and emerging tools independently.
• Assess feasibility, risks, performance, cost, scalability, and user impact for proposed initiatives.
• Challenge assumptions constructively when unclear or unlikely to deliver.
• Create clear product documentation, specifications, acceptance criteria, and priorities.
• Coordinate delivery across technical and non-technical stakeholders and iterate using feedback and data.
