Lumion is hiring a Senior Engineer who lives for AI-native, fast-moving development. You’ll treat AI agents as primary tools, orchestrating plan-generate-test-ship cycles across multiple projects while maintaining quality and outcomes.

You’ll own end-to-end features from customer need to deployment, guiding Laravel-based systems with expert data and AI tooling. The role is remote in the USA with equity and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• AI workflow mastery across planning, generation, refactor, test, and ship.
• Laravel expertise to guide AI and avoid anti-patterns.
• Business logic intuition for a mission-critical SaaS platform.
• Database design and normalization with scalable schemas.
• Shipping mindset focused on outcomes over output.
• 5+ years shipping production SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own problems, not tickets; understand customer need and test what you ship.
