Subsig is seeking an Agentic Fullstack Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered agentic systems on a modern Next.js and Laravel stack. You will bridge intelligent automation with reliable product engineering, crafting APIs, interfaces, and agent pipelines that power the core platform.

This role requires delivering production-grade agentic workflows, collaborating with product and operations, and contributing to robust, scalable frontend and backend systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency with React and Next.js including App Router, server components, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Laravel PHP backend, MySQL/PostgreSQL databases, and Redis.
• Hands-on with LLM APIs, agent patterns, and prompt engineering is a plus.
• Strong Git, CI/CD, and Docker experience; familiar with cloud platforms like AWS.

Responsibilities

• Design and build agentic workflows using LLM APIs integrated into Laravel services.

About the Role

We are looking for an Agentic Fullstack Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-powered agentic systems on a modern Next.js and Laravel stack. You will bridge the gap between intelligent automation and reliable product engineering crafting the APIs, interfaces, and agent pipelines that power our core platform. This role is ideal for a developer who is deeply curious about AI agents and wants to build real, production-grade agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Design and build agentic workflows using LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) integrated into Laravel backend services

Develop full-stack features across Next.js (frontend) and Laravel PHP (backend)

Architect agent orchestration logic: task routing, tool-calling, memory management, and multi-step reasoning

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and webhooks consumed by agent pipelines and frontend clients

Implement SSR, SSG, and App Router patterns in Next.js for optimal UX and performance

Create intuitive operator-facing dashboards to monitor, manage, and configure agents

Integrate third-party tools and APIs into agentic workflows (CRMs, communication platforms, data sources)

Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews

Collaborate closely with operations and product teams to translate agent use cases into working systems

Required Qualifications

Frontend (Next.js & React)

3+ years of professional full-stack development experience

Proficiency in React and Next.js including App Router, server components, and TypeScript

Comfortable with Tailwind CSS and building clean, functional UIs

Experience consuming REST APIs and streaming responses in the frontend

Strong experience with Laravel including Eloquent ORM, queues, jobs, and service containers

Comfortable with PHP 8.x features and writing clean, maintainable backend code

Familiarity with MySQL or PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimisation

Experience with Redis for caching and queuing

Agentic & AI

Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)

Familiarity with agent patterns: tool-calling, function calling, multi-step reasoning, memory

Experience with prompt engineering and building reliable, structured AI outputs

Understanding of agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or equivalent) is a plus

Tooling & Practices

Solid Git workflow and experience with CI/CD pipelines

Comfortable with Docker for local development

Familiarity with cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean

Nice to Have

Experience with Inertia.js for Laravel + React integration

Prior work on multi-agent systems or autonomous pipelines

Exposure to vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)

Experience with streaming UIs and real-time agent output rendering
