Qualifications

• 7 years in software development (ideally with 3 in a senior/lead capacity).
• Strong proficiency in PHP/Laravel and experience with Vue.js.
• Professional experience with AI Coding Agents.
• Database Expertise: Proficiency in MySQL, writing secure, efficient queries, and schema design.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex technical trade-offs to both technical and non-technical teammates.

Responsibilities

• Architect with AI: orchestrate AI coding agents to generate high-quality, well-tested PHP (Laravel) and Vue.js output.
• Ship the Core: drive development of the primary platform and lifecycle of features from concept to launch.
• Scale the Platform: ensure a unified app remains performant and reliable, optimize MySQL/Laravel components.
• Challenge the Default: design inclusive UX and data structures, avoiding biased or legacy approaches.
• Lead through Curiosity: stay at the bleeding edge of agentic coding and share breakthroughs with the team.
