Lumion is hiring a Senior Engineer who embraces AI-native workflows for an AI-first operating system for trade schools. You will treat AI agents as your primary toolset to plan, build, test, and iterate at speed across multiple projects.

You will ship valuable software that delivers real-world outcomes, collaborating openly in a high-trust team. This remote role in the USA offers equity, quarterly bonuses, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Agentic Workflow Mastery using AI tools (Claude Code, Gemini, Codex) to plan, generate, refactor, test and ship production code.
• Laravel expert to guide AI outputs, detect hallucinations, and ensure proper use of Service Providers, Facades and Eloquent.
• Business logic intuition to translate complex school workflows into clean architecture.
• Database design: modeling complex domains with normalized schemas, indexing and when to denormalize.

Responsibilities

• Own AI-native development across multiple projects, planning and delivering end-to-end features using AI agents.
• Write clean, maintainable code that AI can assist with, and verify quality through testing and reviews.
• Collaborate across teams, communicate risks early, and maintain a fast, outcomes-driven shipping mindset.
• Ensure data integrity and scalable architectures for a mission-critical SaaS platform.
