Job summary

Penguin Solutions in Newark, CA seeks a Senior Product Line Leader to own and scale flash storage offerings for AI factory and datacenter markets. You will shape the roadmap from market insights to production, balancing pricing, margins, and customer needs.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and suppliers to deliver highly competitive storage solutions while guiding lifecycle, EOL, and component transitions with global teams.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years in product management, product marketing, or engineering with full hardware lifecycle experience.
• Deep expertise in semiconductor/memory/enterprise SSD storage; NAND flash architectures and firmware concepts.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive lifecycle and long-term roadmap for flash storage product lines across AI factory and datacenter segments.
• Define pricing strategies, negotiate NRE costs, and maximize margins.
• Translate customer requirements into PRDs for enterprise-grade storage solutions and form factors.
• Serve as voice of the customer with tier-1 accounts and align with NAND suppliers and controller vendors.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and supply chain to ensure on-time releases and manage PCNs.
