Job summary

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Engineering with a proven track record of managing full hardware product lifecycles.
• Deep expertise in the semiconductor, memory, or enterprise SSD storage industry; strong technical knowledge of NAND flash architectures and memory market dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive comprehensive lifecycle and long-term roadmap for flash storage product lines.
• Define pricing strategies and negotiate NRE costs to maximize product margins.
• Translate customer requirements into PRDs for enterprise-grade storage solutions.
• Engage with tier-1 accounts and key external vendors to align firmware and hardware roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution and supply chain alignment for timely releases.
