Gong is seeking an AI Enterprise Architect to guide strategic enterprise opportunities, partner with executives, and design governance-friendly AI architectures across complex environments.

You will lead architecture discussions, translate business needs into executable designs, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to deliver scalable AI-enabled revenue workflows.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, sales engineering, consulting, AI strategy, or a comparable leadership role.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers on strategic enterprise opportunities involving AI architecture, governance, integrations, and complex technical requirements.
• Lead executive-level discovery, AI strategy discussions, architecture assessments, and technical design workshops with CIO/CTO/AI council and security stakeholders.
• Understand customers' AI ambitions, objectives, tech stack, data environment, security requirements, governance models, integration landscape, and revenue workflows.
• Architect Gong’s AI capabilities within a customer ecosystem, including APIs, MCP, Gong Assistant, Deep Research, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Advise on practical AI use cases to improve revenue-team productivity and operational efficiency, emphasizing responsible adoption.
