Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks an AI Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise AI architecture, governance, and platform strategy from Plano, TX. This hybrid role requires translating complex AI concepts into actionable guidance for senior stakeholders and driving scalable, governed AI adoption.

You will shape patterns, standards, and decision frameworks, partnering with CIO teams to ensure secure, compliant, and reusable AI across platforms and agentic systems.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise or solution architecture.
• 8+ years AI/ML, NLP, or analytics architecture.
• 2+ years GenAI, RAG, and agentic AI design.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI or Azure OpenAI.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise AI architecture strategy, patterns, and reference architectures.
• Establish decision frameworks for AI platform selection and deployment.
• Develop governance models and guardrails for AI and agentic solutions.
• Drive reuse through AI patterns, templates, and guidance artifacts.
• Lead architecture decisions for RAG, retrieval, and knowledge architectures.
