Job summary

EY's Artificial Intelligence and Data team is seeking a senior AI/ML leader to research, build, and implement scalable AI systems that learn and make predictions across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will enhance data pipelines, monitor learning processes, and collaborate with data analytics professionals to industrialise insights into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 6–10 years of full‑time AI/Data Science/ML experience.
• 2–4 years of direct management of technical teams.
• Strong Python skills and production AI/ML experience on a major cloud platform.
• Proficiency with Generative AI models/frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain) and ML packages.
• Knowledge of NLP and deep learning; DevOps/CI‑CD and MLOps experience.
• Strong math/stats base and data tools (SQL, Pandas, Spark).
• Excellent communication and willingness to travel for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and manage project delivery.
• Identify process improvements through research and analysis.
• Supervise teams to deliver complex technical initiatives.
• Engage with clients and drive engagement from planning to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
