Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or MS degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or related fields.
• 8–10+ years of professional consulting experience in technology consulting.
• 3–5+ years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Experience deploying foundation models, generative AI, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Strong Python skills and data engineering basics.
• Experience with ML workflows, MLOps, LLMOps, and model monitoring.
• Proficiency with CI/CD, DevOps tools, and agile project delivery.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI strategy into scalable engineering roadmaps and architectures.
• Lead AI engineers and data scientists in the delivery of production ML and AI solutions.
• Provide guidance on MLOps, LLMOps, and AgentOps tools and integration.
