Job summary
GoodRx, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Engineering Manager for AI and Agents to lead the design, delivery, and governance of scalable AI platforms across multiple products. You will mentor engineers, partner with product and security, and shape the technical strategy for enterprise-grade AI solutions.
You will own the LLM-based systems, agent frameworks, evaluation and observability, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliant guardrails while aligning with business goals and roadmap priorities.
Qualifications
- 12+ years software engineering with AI/ML in production
- 3+ years leading engineers and teams
- Deep fluency in LLM architecture, RAG and agents
- Experience building reusable AI platforms and observability practices
Responsibilities
- Lead AI/engineering teams and technical leaders
- Own delivery and quality for LLM-based systems and integrations
- Guide CoE shared AI platform development, testing, and observability
- Translate product priorities into technical plans and tradeoffs
- Maintain engineering practices and manage cross-team risks
- Ensure launches meet security and governance standards
- Develop scalable patterns and playbooks
