You will drive delivery and quality for LLM-based systems across products, guiding an overarching CoE platform, and partnering with product and business leads to translate priorities into technical plans. Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including AI/ML or GenAI systems in production and 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven ability to lead multiple highly technical engineering teams and leaders across initiatives.
• Deep fluency with LLM application architecture: RAG, agents, prompts, evaluation, and MLOps/LLMOps.
• Experience shipping and operating production AI services with APIs, orchestration, and cloud infra.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire, develop, and scale AI engineering teams and technical leaders across pods and platforms.
• Own delivery and engineering quality for LLM-based systems, from architecture to production operation.
• Guide the CoE’s shared AI platform: evaluation pipelines, prompt management, observability, guardrails.
• Partner with Product and leadership to translate priorities into technical plans and tradeoffs.
• Establish engineering practices, manage cross-team dependencies, and align senior stakeholders.
