Job summary

Mondrio is building an AI-native pricing platform. You will design evaluation systems for AI price recommendations and automate persona training using usage data and transcripts. You will own LLM infrastructure, balance cost and latency, and ensure data residency for EU/US calls.

The role requires strong production LLM depth, a track record of shipping LLM-powered features, and hands-on work shaping pricing engagements at scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience with strong and recent production LLM depth.
• Shipped LLM-powered product features to production and owned them post-launch.
• Built evals and observability for LLM systems.
• Strong communication skills to bridge technical gaps for non-savvy clients.

Responsibilities

• Build evaluation for AI pricing recommendations with ground-truth pricing outcomes.
• Extend AI personas to simulate B2B buying committees and data-grounded behavior.
• Own LLM infrastructure, routing across current and future models with cost/latency tradeoffs.
• Maintain data residency boundaries as we scale providers and executions.
• Extend MCP server for LLM agents and customer integrations.
• Work with our typed ontology to ensure outputs land in structured, auditable form.
