Qualifications

• Six years of experience across human capital, data science or tech development with AI exposure.
• Strong Python and data skills with familiarity in modern AI tooling.
• Experience delivering across cross-functional workstreams and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-value AI use cases with internal stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and deliver Python prototypes and partner with product/engineering teams to integrate features.
• Evaluate AI tools through user feedback and outcome monitoring to drive improvements.
• Set technical direction across models, tooling, prompts, retrieval and agentic approaches.
• Mentor junior colleagues and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
