Job summary

Superhuman is looking for a Senior Design Technologist to lead AI prototyping and develop design tooling initiatives. You will ensure our AI-native platform maintains high-quality standards across email, calendars, docs, and agents.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams, guiding AI integration in workflows. You should possess over 8 years in creative technology and strong front-end skills in HTML/CSS/JavaScript and React.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in creative technology or interaction design.
• Experience building interactive LLM-powered experiences.
• Fluent in advanced Figma functionalities.

Responsibilities

• Build high-fidelity, interactive prototypes for product ideas.
• Develop AI-assisted design tooling and internal tools.
• Guide AI integration into design workflows.
