Job summary

HumanitApp is seeking senior product designers and design-minded engineers to shape how AI models design for the web and games. You will build high-quality prototypes and collaborate with AI researchers to define great UI/UX and productive patterns.

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position. The role is staffed through Cincinnatus LLC as a W-2 employment, with the potential to be placed at an AI lab as part of the extended workforce.

Qualifications

• Senior product designers and design-minded engineers with exceptional taste to help shape how AI models design and build for the web and for games.
• Ability to prototype in code or with AI tools and explain why a design works better than another.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AI researchers to identify UI/UX patterns and turn them into clear principles and rubrics.
• Build polished, interactive web prototypes in code or with AI-native tools.
• Review AI-generated interfaces and give actionable feedback on layout, hierarchy, interaction, motion and polish.
• Explore a wide range of visual styles, frameworks and animation approaches.
• Collaborate with designers and researchers to maintain standards and raise quality.
