Job summary

SwordPoint.ai seeks a Senior Engineer to own and advance AI-driven systems, collaborating across OEMs, retailers, dealers, and insurers. You’ll work on both AI orchestration and revenue-critical software modernization, with opportunities to lead a small team or stay as a high-impact individual contributor.

You will solve problems with model-driven approaches, robust evaluation, and modern AI tooling, delivering reliable systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5+ years shipping production software at top-tier tech orgs or AI-native companies.
• Full-stack capability across UI, service, data model, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features across the full stack from interface to deployment.
• Develop AI and agent systems, including orchestration across third-party platforms.
• Add test coverage, modernize existing systems, and avoid big-bang rewrites.
• Build and maintain integrations with CRM, field service, POS, and partner systems.
• Set engineering standards through architecture decisions and code reviews.
• Mentor a small group of engineers and help set priorities.
• Use AI tooling as a core part of how you work and raise team fluency.
• Scope ambiguous problems and communicate tradeoffs clearly.
