Job summary

SwordPoint.ai is seeking a Forward Deployed Business Analyst to support enterprise strategy and sales across its portfolio. You will combine rigorous analysis with hands-on building of AI-enabled tools to accelerate deals with major retailers, OEMs, and PE roll-ups.

Working under senior leadership in four areas—enterprise sales intelligence, forward deployed AI building, data analytics, and growth strategy—you will interact with sales, engineering, and executives in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Daily use of AI tools to analyze and ship working solutions.
• Identify problems, scope solutions, and deliver.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with enterprise customers.
• Based in Atlanta, GA and able to work in-person.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the enterprise target map with decision-makers.
• Prepare briefing packs for enterprise meetings and track follow-ups.
• Manage day-to-day email with enterprise customers and track commitments.
• Own and build demos end-to-end for customers with realistic data.
• Make AI-driven edits to products for deals.
• Build internal AI tools to automate workflows.
• Work with engineering to harden customer data touchpoints.
• Maintain the data room and KPI growth-story pack.
• Run growth strategy analyses: market sizing and pricing analyses.
