Job summary

IBM Consulting is hiring a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and industrialize AI use cases within a Use Case Squad. You will translate business requirements into operational agent architectures and deploy production AI solutions leveraging LLM/RAG and agentic orchestration.

You will work with Python, REST APIs, MLflow, and frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph, collaborating with Platform squads to scale AI in production while communicating with business stakeholders in English and French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Python and REST APIs essential.
• Experience with ML engineering and agentic AI orchestration.
