Job summary

Innovaccer is seeking an AI Engineer to join our AI team and build production-grade AI systems that solve complex problems at scale. You will work with product, engineering, and data teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications, including LLM-based solutions, AI agents, and retrieval-augmented generation workflows.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, curious, and comfortable across the full AI lifecycle—from experimentation to production deployment and optimization.

Qualifications

• First-author publications in top ML venues.
• Meaningful open-source ML contributions.
• A research internship at an AI lab or shipped models you trained.

Responsibilities

• Take an idea from paper to prototype to production.
• Build the model layer of a real product and manage model sizes and system integration.
• Write real code in Python and PyTorch and optimize training speed.
• Design experiments with hypotheses and ablations and report results.
• Measure and validate results and communicate with non-AI stakeholders.
