Qualifications

• Hands-on software engineering delivering LLM/agent-based apps.
• Advanced Python and production-grade AI architectures.
• Experience with MCP and agent tooling.
• REST API integrations with enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents for multi-step business workflows.
• Build architectures combining LLM reasoning with Python services.
• Create APIs and integrations with enterprise applications.
• Develop tools accessible by agents using MCP.
• Implement workflow orchestration with state management and human approvals.
• Improve reliability, latency, and cost of AI applications.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Contribute to production architectures, testing strategies and operations for AI apps.
