Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a Senior AI Engineer, AI Services in the United States to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions for clients. You’ll translate needs into scalable, secure agent-based architectures and work with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to move initiatives to production.

Ideal candidates have strong Python fundamentals, applied AI fluency, and experience shaping architectures across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Python development in production systems.
• Experience with multi-agent frameworks and agent orchestration.
• Proven ability to build production ETL, data pipelines and integrations.
• Familiar with vector databases and retrieval pipelines.
• Knowledge of MLOps, observability, and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy multi-agent AI solutions for clients.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade AI architectures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into designs.
• Ensure security, governance, and reliable operation of agent systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to reusable accelerators.
