Job summary

Capital One seeks a Staff AI Engineer for the Enterprise Analysis Platform. You will partner with engineers, researchers, PMs to deliver AI-powered products that transform how associates work and how customers interact with Capital One.

You will design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including model training, inference, guardrails, evaluation, governance, and observability. This is a remote-eligible role with multiple U.S. locations supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/AI with 8+ years AI/ML experience.
• 8+ years of experience programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
• Experience deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms.

Responsibilities
