Prologis is seeking a Senior AI Applied Engineer to explore and scale enterprise AI patterns across the organization. You will lead hypothesis-driven pilots, translate results into reference architectures, and collaborate with AI platform and delivery teams to transition successful approaches into scalable systems.

You will design timeboxed experiments, evaluate tools, and communicate findings through demos, ensuring business value alignment and robust engineering practices.

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Expert Python skills (clean architecture, testing, packaging)
• Strong AWS architecture and development experience
• Strong data foundations: SQL, data modeling, APIs/integration patterns
• Demonstrated rigor in experimentation with hypotheses and metrics
• Clear communication to technical and business stakeholders
• Hands-on experience designing and interpreting LLM evaluations
• Familiarity with modern LLM stacks and agentic systems

Responsabilidades

• Drive AI innovation and rapid experimentation to advance Prologis capabilities
• Design and execute timeboxed pilots with clear hypotheses and metrics
• Enhance enterprise AI patterns using new approaches and measured outcomes
• Build reference implementations and handoff docs with Central AI team
• Develop within AWS using secure, observable architectures and strong SWE practices
• Communicate results through demos and readouts linking outcomes to business value
• Support priority projects with de-risking and acceleration goals
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and vendor capabilities for actionable recommendations
