Job summary

Prologis seeks an AI Technical Product Owner to turn AI opportunities into practical capabilities. You will define outcomes, prioritize use cases, manage backlogs, and support adoption across digital experiences, self-service, and enterprise workflows.

You will partner with AI engineers, platform teams, and stakeholders to scale reusable AI patterns that deliver measurable customer, employee, and operational value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Experience supporting cross-functional technology initiatives from discovery through launch and adoption.
• Ability to translate business needs, customer pain points, and workflows into product requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Experience using Agile delivery methods, backlog management, release planning, and stakeholder feedback loops.
• Ability to define OKRs and KPIs and measure adoption and business impact.
• Ability to use SQL, Python, BI tools for data exploration.
• Ability to prototype using AI-assisted development tools to support experimentation and validation.
• Experience delivering digital/AI-enabled products and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and prioritize AI and automation opportunities across customer engagement and operations.
• Define product vision, scope, user needs, success metrics, and adoption objectives for AI initiatives.
• Develop business cases, value hypotheses, and prioritization criteria.
• Own prioritized backlogs including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release priorities.
• Partner with AI engineers, platform teams, and delivery partners through full lifecycle from discovery to adoption.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and research to validate use cases and translate insights into requirements.
• Drive governance, training, documentation, and reporting on adoption, productivity, and ROI.
