Responsibilities
- Guide AI initiatives by setting goals, guiding teams, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Identify opportunities where AI, conversational AI, and voice AI can improve processes.
- Support AI projects from conception to completion within timelines and budgets.
- Analyze requirements and propose AI solutions, prompts, and platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with AI engineers and stakeholders to deploy scalable AI experiences.
- Establish data pipelines with governance and privacy in mind for AI projects.
- Monitor, test, and continuously improve AI solutions for performance and impact.
- Document implementations, standards, and runbooks to ensure sustainable support.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and provide recommendations for adoption.
