Qualifications

• 5–7 years of work experience in AI or enterprise technology environments.
• Strong problem solving and decision making.
• Collaborative teamwork and growth mindset.
• Proven ability to plan, deliver and support enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience integrating applications, systems, APIs, or platforms.
• Experience supporting production applications and resolving operational issues.

Responsabilités

• Lead AI initiatives and align with stakeholders to deliver AI-enabled experiences.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, including conversational and voice AI, to improve healthcare processes.
• Manage AI projects from conception through delivery, ensuring scope, budget and quality.
• Design and propose AI solutions and platform capabilities to address new challenges.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and business stakeholders to implement conversational and generative AI.
• Establish robust data governance and secure data pipelines for AI projects.
