CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to guide multiple software teams building conversational AI and omnichannel experiences. You will mentor engineers, participate in Agile ceremonies, review code, and influence architecture while focusing on scalable, secure software delivery.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in cloud software, strong language experience, and a track record leading AI-enabled initiatives.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience managing engineers.
10+ years designing and building software in cloud environments.
10+ years of experience with modern languages (Typescript, Python, Java, C#, JavaScript, SQL).
10+ years with APIs, microservices and modern patterns.
5+ years soliciting complex requirements and managing stakeholders.
5+ years independently delivering software.
Experience with AI developmental tools.

Responsibilities

Partner with leadership and partners to define technical solutions aligned to objectives.
Lead two or more software teams with mentorship and growth focus.
Participate in Agile Scrum activities and sprint rituals.
Hands-on participation in code/design reviews and evaluate work.
Influence architecture and engineering practices, including AI tools.
Contribute to solution design with product teams and architects.
Hire, coach and develop engineers and oversee SDLC processes.
Oversee full SDLC from requirements to deployment with secure, scalable design.
