Job summary

Workstream Platform Services Limited is seeking a founding Senior Engineer for our AI-Native Services team. You will shape architecture, set the engineering bar, and build the initial team from the ground up, reporting directly to leadership.

This is a full-time, remote position with occasional in-office visits to support cross-functional collaboration and key initiatives. You will own production AI agents, toolchains, and single-source-of-truth automation for bespoke workflows.

Qualifications

• Built and operated at least one AI agent in production.
• Strong judgment across models, orchestration, APIs, data and integrations, permissions, and monitoring.
• Experience working with customers or end users and communicating with non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Build production agents and agentic workflows with orchestration and data connections.
• Collaborate with design customers and map workflows against live data.
• Create evaluation harnesses with real customer datasets and release thresholds.
• Develop the human-review layer, including queues and escalation paths.
• Run parallel shadow-mode tests to align with existing processes before go-live.
• Turn customer work into reusable agents, playbooks, and integrations.
• Handle production incidents end-to-end and feed learnings back into evals.
